Interviews aren't a knowledge test. They're a trust test.
Interview Ready Program: 3 sessions, 2 weeks, $1000Start with a Baseline Call.
30 minutes, free. We look at where your interviews break down and what would need to change. You leave with one concrete fix, whether or not we work together.
You've done the work. The resume is solid, the applications are going out, and you know your field. And still - the interviews aren't converting. The HireVue screens go nowhere. The live interviews feel like interrogations. Somewhere between "we'd like to schedule a call" and the offer that never comes, something is leaking.
Here's what I learned from years of sitting on the other side of the table: interviewers rarely reject knowledge. They reject what they feel in the first few minutes: the apologizing, the over-explaining, the answers that qualify themselves into nothing, the confidence that's clearly being performed. They're not grading your answers. They're deciding whether they trust you.
That part is trainable. It's what I do.
Who I Am
I came to the United States 14 years ago with two little kids, about $500, and almost no English - and I interviewed my way up from nothing, in my second language. I made my way into a software test engineering leadership position and spent years running interviews myself, watching good candidates lose offers in the first five minutes for reasons that had nothing to do with skill. I'm trained in applied behavioral science. Nothing I teach is theory. All of it is lived.
Session OneBaseline
We find your pattern of failure under pressure. Everyone has one: collapsing or posturing. Until you can see yours, you can't train past it. We rebuild your career story so it lands the way your experience deserves.
Session TwoLanguage and Presence.
The phrases that quietly kill credibility, and what to say instead. Composure you can hold in your body, not just intend. How to answer the question you don't know without falling apart - the moment most interviews are actually lost.
Session ThreeThe Review
Before this session, you record yourself answering five interview questions — alone, on camera, one take. Then we watch it together, and I give you honest, specific feedback: the habits limiting you, named plainly, with the fix for each. We finish by training the moments interviews are actually lost - the question you don't know, the salary question, the silence you're tempted to fill. You leave knowing exactly what you project and how to change it.
Between sessions: a small daily practice protocol. It takes minutes. It's where the change actually happens.
This is behavioral training, built on applied behavioral science, the discipline used to train interrogators and negotiators. Not scripts. Not affirmations. Trained skill that holds when your heart rate is up.
One honest boundary: I don't coach your field's technical content. I train the person answering.
